Da Adolfo, a casual awning-covered seafood shack that opened in 1966 (and hasn’t changed much in the decades since), sits right on Laurito Beach, and is a five-minute ride from the Positano pier (the boat with the red fish sign on its mast acts as a free shuttle). “I love the sea urchin, and the view is so beautiful,” says Bidermann.
